Install the RedStasher Extension

Save videos and images to your vault with one click from any site — no copy-pasting URLs.

1 Install from Chrome Web Store

Click the button below to open the Chrome Web Store listing. Then click "Add to Chrome" and confirm the installation.

2 Pin the extension

After installing, pin the extension so it's always visible in your toolbar:

  1. Click the puzzle piece icon (Extensions) in the Chrome toolbar
  2. Find RedStasher in the list
  3. Click the pin icon next to it

The RedStasher icon will now appear in your toolbar. Click it on any page to save a video or image instantly.

3 Enable in Incognito Mode

By default, Chrome extensions don't work in incognito windows. To enable RedStasher in incognito:

  1. Open chrome://extensions in your browser address bar
  2. Find RedStasher and click Details
  3. Scroll down and toggle Allow in Incognito on
Tip: You can also right-click the RedStasher icon in your toolbar, select "Manage extension", and enable "Allow in Incognito" from there.

How it works

Once installed, click the RedStasher icon on any page to open the save popup. The extension automatically detects the current page URL and fills in the metadata — just pick your tags, select collection(s) and hit save. Your media is instantly added to your private vault at app.redstasher.com.
